U.K Returns

If you are not entirely pleased with the products that you have chosen you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or a refund, provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging including the hanger (admin charge may apply). Items are sent from our warehouse with a security tag attached, any item which is returned with the tag not attached or clearly worn, you will not be eligible for a refund or exchange and the item will be returned to you at your expense. Please note for any refunds a one-off fee of £3.99 will be deducted from the amount for the cost of the return shipping. Please retain proof of postage until we we confirm your refund/exchange has been processed. Expect 7-10 working days for your refund to be processed.

The Returns policy applies to orders made on this website only. If you have purchased clothing from a House of Cavani store or other retailer, please follow their individual returns policies which may differ.
