UK Mainland Deliveries

We provide safe and secure delivery for mainland UK starting from £2.99 and free delivery for orders over £100. Standard delivery is sent via Evri and is usually delivered within 2 - 3 working days from dispatch.

Need your item for the next day or on a Saturday? 

We offer next day delivery starting from £5.99* via Evri and Saturday delivery via DHL for just £10.99.

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be processed the same day. Any orders placed after 2pm will be processed and dispatched the following working day.

Orders placed after 2pm on Friday will be processed the next working day which would be the following Monday, in the case that the Following Monday happens to be a Bank Holiday then the order will be processed on the Tuesday.

European Deliveries

For all orders which are sent on European Delivery we send these on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) service, this means we (the sender) cover any and all costs associated with getting the items shipped to yourself. For any returns we request that the goods are sent back to us on this same DDP service. If for any reason the items which are returned are not sent back using the DDP service we reserve the right to deduct the value of any additional costs we incur from the value of your refund.

International Deliveries

As well as Mainland European deliveries we have negotiated a new deal for our deliveries to the USA which now starts from just £39.99.

For all orders being shipped on International delivery, due to new legislation in relation to Brexit these orders will be sent on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) service.

You will be responsible for paying the taxes and duties in your country. You will be contacted by customs once the shipment arrives to settle any charges in order for the shipment to be released and delivered.

As this is something we've recently changed we're emailing all our customers to make them aware of our change in policy; we'd appreciate it if you can please reply back to the e-mail confirming you're happy for us to send your order out on a DDU service.

Please note that we are unable to process your order until we've received your written confirmation that you're ok for this order to be dispatched DDU.

On the other hand, if this is something you'd rather not pay and would like to cancel your order please let us know and we can cancel the order if you so wish. If we don't receive a response within 7 days of the e-mail your order will automatically be cancelled and any payment that has been taken will be refunded in full. For any orders that are already shipped and the customer refuses or cancels their purchase the order will be automatically returned to House of Cavani and we reserve the right to deduct the value of any additional charges from the value of your refund.

Please note that for any international orders that are refused at either customs or on arrival to your desired address then these will be returned back to us and House of Cavani reserve the right to deduct any charges incurred from your refund. 

Please be aware that deliveries outside of the UK vary from country to country and are weight based. Prices are calculated at checkout.
