Lincoln City EFL Award Winners Stepped Out in Cavani
Lincoln City's Jack Moylan and George Wickens wore Cavani to the 2026 EFL Awards on Sunday evening, where both players collected awards after being named in the EFL League One Team of the Season at a ceremony that saw the Imps dominate the night's honours.
The midfielder and goalkeeper attended the black-tie event at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London dressed in the Cavani Aspen Tuxedo in black, paired with the Malibu Black waistcoat, having visited the brand's Lincoln High Street store for a private fitting earlier this month.
It proved to be a landmark evening for Lincoln City. Moylan and Wickens both received their EFL League One Team of the Season awards alongside teammates Sonny Bradley and captain Tendayi Darikwa, giving the Imps four representatives in the division's best XI.
Head coach Michael Skubala completed the sweep by collecting the League One Manager of the Season award, capping a campaign that has delivered promotion to the EFL Championship for the first time in 65 years.
Moylan, 24, has been the club's top scorer this season with ten league goals and recently signed a contract extension through to 2030. Wickens, also 24, has established himself as one of the division's outstanding goalkeepers since joining from Fulham in July 2024, earning recognition for his performance, composure and distribution throughout the promotion-winning campaign.
Both players' individual excellence was formally recognised through their selection in the Team of the Season, an accolade voted on by the EFL to honour the best-performing players across the division.
The players visited the Cavani store at 190-191 High Street, Lincoln on 14th April, where they were styled by the brand's expert team and given a tour of the Custom Made section, which offers customers the opportunity to select from a range of premium fabrics and have precise measurements taken for a fully personalised fit.

Lincoln City's promotion to the Championship for the 2026/27 season ended a 65-year absence from the second tier, sealed by Moylan's 96th-minute winner at Reading on Easter Monday. The club's unbeaten run currently stands at 26 league matches.
